We partner with founders, operators, and domain experts who have:
You want to build something real. Not ideas. Not spreadsheets. Real products with real customers paying money.
You understand your customer deeply. You validate assumptions. You iterate based on feedback, not gut feel.
You have deep knowledge of a specific market, vertical, or problem space. You see opportunities others miss.
You're willing to get your hands dirty. You move fast, learn continuously, and don't get attached to ideas.
Just capital. If you only need money, go raise a traditional round. We're partners, not investors.
Just ideas. Ideas are cheap. We partner with people who validate assumptions and execute relentlessly.
Vanity metrics. If you optimize for hype over revenue, we're not the right fit.
We have multiple models depending on your situation. Choose what makes sense for you.

For Complete Build engagements, a focused validation sprint is run with your input before a go/no-go decision.
Cap table structure, governance, and operational framework agreed.
You join the Maigha operating model and start building in Phase 1.
No. In the initial stage you bring the idea (and ideally domain insight). Together we validate it without injecting capital—from you or from Maigha. Maigha covers the time and effort with our own resources: research, customer conversations, and go/no-go synthesis. Capital enters only after validation succeeds and a build partnership is agreed.
Early validation is designed to surface that outcome quickly. When an idea does not hold, the venture may be paused, pivoted, or closed so resources are preserved. Where appropriate, attention can move to a stronger opportunity—particularly with founders who bring more than one problem space.
Partnerships are structured so founders retain meaningful ownership and primary responsibility for product and engineering decisions. Maigha typically participates at the board level and provides strategic guidance. Specific terms are discussed privately once fit is clear.
Yes. When a venture has established traction and is ready for a traditional growth round, institutional fundraising can be pursued. In those cases, Maigha’s role may evolve toward advisory support while operational leadership remains with the founding team. Timing and structure are discussed as the business matures.
Progress is reviewed against agreed phase gates. When milestones are missed, options typically include a pivot, a revised plan, or an early close. The preference is to learn quickly and allocate capital deliberately rather than extend unproductive spend.
Team size scales with each phase of the operating model—lean during validation, expanding through monetization and scale, and growing further as a company prepares for spin-out. Much of the capacity is drawn from Maigha’s shared talent pool and calibrated to the needs of the venture.
If you have a validated idea, domain expertise, and hunger to execute—let's talk.
