What We Care About

Hunger over credentials. We care more about your hunger to execute than your resume. But show us evidence of that hunger.

Clarity over polish. A clear, honest application beats a polished but vague one.

Validation over ideas. If you've talked to customers and learned something real, we want to hear it.

Fit over perfection. We're looking for founders and operators we can work with for 2+ years. Tell us about yourself.

How long does the application process take?

Initial review: 48 hours. If we're interested, we'll schedule a call within 1 week. Full process from application to commitment is typically 2-3 weeks.

What if I'm not ready to apply yet?

Reach out anyway. Tell us about your idea and background. We can provide feedback on whether you're ready to validate. We also keep a list of interesting founders for future ventures.

Do you only work with technical founders?

No. We work with technical founders, domain experts, operators, and even non-technical founders with strong teams. What matters is hunger to execute and understanding your market.

What's the minimum idea validation needed?

For "Complete Build" model, you need problem validation (customer interviews showing problem exists). For "Co-Build" or "Operator" models, you need more—early traction or PMF signals.

What if we're not a fit right now?

We'll tell you honestly. If there's a path to being a good fit in 3-6 months, we'll stay in touch. If not, we'll give you feedback and suggest other resources that might help.
